Mackerel fish with grapefruit
For today's recipe, I have chosen fish cooked in white wine with grapefruit. This is a very simple recipe
and very easy to prepare.
Preparation time: 40 minutes |
Things you'll need(for 3 persons): |
- 90g butter |
- 3 mackerel fish |
- 4 slices of grapefruit |
- rosemary(fresh or dried) |
- 1/2l white wine |

Clean the fish and slice it into chunks. Then put them in a pan with butter, grapefruit, white wine and rosemary. Fish should be submerged in wine
for about half of it's height. 1/2l worked fine for me. Put the lid on the pan, and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat.
Served with potatoes and cucumber salad.
